Right ventricular (RV) pacing has been the mainstay of bradycardia therapy for several decades. However, recognition deleterious effects RV led to search more physiologic forms pacing. Physiological Pacing, including His bundle (HBP) and left branch (LBBP), recently shown have better synchronization ventricle, potentially reduces heart failure1,2. high-resolution activation patterns during different modes seldom reported.
